Our story
We didn't start as a platform. We started as people who believed screening could be accurate, fast, and actually human. That hasn't changed.
PSBI opened its doors in Wisconsin on a simple promise: get it right, get it back fast, and treat every client like a neighbor. We're still owner-operated, and that promise still runs everything.
As we took on multi-state programs and thousands of checks, we made a choice most of our industry didn't: stay reachable. Every client still gets a named specialist who picks up the phone and knows their account.
We handle screening, monitoring, and compliance for organizations of every size — and we still answer to the same standard we set in 1995. Newer tools, same people, same care.

Our home
